Goal
Build the next generation of Latino leadership in Nevada through intentional mentorship, training, and development.
Program
- Develop a training academy for Latinos ready to run for office.
- Partner with the Nevada Department of Administration to identify vacancies on boards and commissions and place a record number of Latinos in appointed roles.
- Create a youth mentorship program to train and support the next generation of Latino leaders passionate about public service.
