The Latino Empowerment Organization of Nevada (LEON) is a statewide, Latino-led nonprofit dedicated to empowering the next generation of civic and political leaders. Through leadership development, advocacy, and community engagement, we work to ensure Nevada's leadership reflects the diversity and voices of its Latino communities.
